Health Care Management is a professional study about art and science of Management in the Health care industries. The study will reveal about organizational strategy, philosophy of organization, Organizational Behavior, organizational development, human resource and the study of other practical aspects of management.
The Diploma Health Care Management course at AUCMS provides extensive and integrated teaching covering the understanding of Health Care organizational values. This course also emphasize practical Oriental and experience at all stages, including Health care organizational set ups, hospitals, health Department of any organizations or any community Health care department.
Upon graduation, the career opportunities for Diploma in Health Care Management holders are wide, such as the different posts and positions of Management in Healthcare industries, Medical Colleges/Universities, or Government Health Department, Ministry of Women, family and community development.
The Diploma in Healthcare Management course shall be accredited with the Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA) along with fulfillment of Ministry of Health and Ministry of Higher Education.
The Diploma in “Health care Management” is a three years program which aims to provide students with the basic education in Healthcare Management study, the practice and art of Management in all forms. In order to achieve this, the syllabus has been designed to provide initially with a strong ground in basic sciences which are relevant to an understanding of the Health care Management.
