Family Bash 2011.
In general, organizations around the globe organize family day for their employees annually. The purpose of organizing family day is to help people get a chance to bond and take time out to appreciate their friends and family. It's also a way of reminding people the importance of those who care about them.Recently, Allianze University College of Medical Sciences organized a family day event for all staff. The Human Resource Department was tasked to spearhead this initiative with a theme "Family Bash 2011" The event was held on the first Saturday of December 2011 at Tanjung Bungah Beach, Penang.
The organizer has designed and coordinated many exciting activities such as telematch, karaoke, kids fashion show, aerobics, games for all ages to enjoy throughout the day at the beach. Staffs who were present felt that the event was a great family outing activity and took home happy memories.
