Career and Education Seminar at Keningau, Sabah.
The Allianze University College of Medical Sciences (AUCMS) has successfully held a Career and Education Seminar at Hotel Juta, Keningau for all the school counselors from the district of Keningau, Sabah. The seminar was attended by school counselors from more than 24 schools. The seminar was officiated by a representative from the District Education Officer - Encik Jaulis Maulin. .
This seminar is a platform for AUCMS, school counselors and Education Department to increase awareness among counselors about career pathway in the medical and allied health sciences. Puan Izan Ismail of AUCMS gave an informative speech about medical education. Currently, AUCMS offers a range of courses for students to pursue in the field of medicine and allied health sciences at diploma and degree level. A thorough explanation was given regarding career prospects for graduates in nursing, physiotherapy, pharmacy and medical sciences. Counselors and principals presents were very delighted with the opportunity to know about AUCMS and the field of medicine and health sciences.
